I tried to book an appointment with my usual optometrist but found it very difficult, so I decided to call Upper Appleby Eyecare Optometrists. I spoke to a very pleasant lady who provided helpful tips and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The office had a welcoming atmosphere, and Dr. Fox-Chen guided me through the entire examination, ensuring it was done efficiently. Today's experience convinced me to switch to this location, and Dr. Fox-Chen is now my family optometrist. I'm glad the circumstances led me to call, and I'm happy to be part of such a great, caring team.

Had a really wonderful experience at Upper Appleby Eyecare! Dr. Samuel and the support staff were all very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. After the eye check-up I worked closely with their eyewear specialist Janusha. She has been incredibly helpful with everything from ordering frames in the exact colour/style I wanted to try on to sending estimates super quickly. She has gone above and beyond to provide superior customer service.

Provided me with necessary information with regards to my eyecare. Further Alexandra, Janusha yoga and Wendy did provide me with the required cost estimates, suggestions, advice and information with regards to eye glasses and frames. I recently visited Dr.Warren for an eye check out at his new location and I was immediately welcomed with warm smiles and greetings by multiple staff. Dr.Warren immediately started on my check up right on time with no wait time which was amazing and a first for me. I typically have to wait 10-15 minutes at clinics before seeing the physician. Dr.Warren took the time to listen to my concerns and followed up with some recommendations to address my concerns. His warm demeanour immediately made me confident in my optometrist. I would absolutely recommend him ! Thank you for making my experience so wonderful :D.

I have only good things to say about Upper Appleby Eyecare. Dr Fox-Chen has been taking care of my family for years. Dr Fox-Chen and staff are always professional and helpful with all eye related situations we have had. The office is clean, comfortable and easy to find a parking spot. My children also enjoy the kids play corner :)
